Returning an unwanted item.

We are happy to accept returns for refund (minus original shipping costs) on new and unused items within 30 days of purchase. 

Please return your item to the address below and obtain a proof of postage.

• We are unable to accept returns on personalised items.

• Sender must obtain a proof of purchase.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods returned are damaged or unfit for re-sale.

• On receipt of the item please allow 5 working days for a refund to be processed.

• Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Returning for an exchange.

If you have ordered an incorrect item or you have changed your mind about your purchase then please contact us using the form below and our team will arrange an exchange with you.

Returning a faulty item.

• We offer a 6 month manufacturing warranty on all of our products.

• Within the first 30 days you can return for a refund or replacement.

• After 30 days we will repair or replace the item in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

• If we are unable to repair or replace the item then a refund will be processed on receipt of the item being returned. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. 

• On receipt of the item please allow 5 working days for a refund to be processed.
